WeatherTexter is a daily weather-forecast text service operated by Grayson Pike. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact info@graysonpike.com.
When you sign up we collect your mobile phone number, your US ZIP code, and a record of your SMS consent (the consent language you agreed to, when you agreed, and the network address the sign-up came from). This information is provided by you; we do not collect it from third parties.
Your phone number and ZIP code are used solely to deliver the daily weather forecast text messages you requested. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
You opt in to WeatherTexter messages only by checking the SMS consent checkbox on the sign-up page (unchecked by default). You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further messages. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
You will receive 1 message per day. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We retain your phone number, ZIP code, and consent record while you are subscribed. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@graysonpike.com, and your personal data will be removed.
