WeatherTexter is a text-message weather service: subscribers receive one automated SMS each morning containing the local weather forecast for the US ZIP code they provide, using forecast data from the National Weather Service. WeatherTexter is free to use.
You subscribe by entering your mobile phone number and ZIP code on the sign-up page and checking the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Your consent to receive messages is collected separately from these Terms of Service — agreeing to these terms does not by itself subscribe you to messages.
You will receive 1 message per day. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further messages. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@graysonpike.com.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Forecasts are provided by the National Weather Service and are delivered as-is. WeatherTexter makes no guarantee of forecast accuracy or message delivery timing, and the service must not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.
